TrueMoneyGames restricts the frequency of "profit" cashouts to two per customer per 30 days period. A cashout can be made 10 days after the last deposit. If you have any further questions about withdrawals, please do not hesitate to contact us at cashier(at)truemoneygames.com.
There are no fees for withdrawals.
Withdrawal of your original deposit or less
If you deposited via credit card, then the card charges may be reversed at no charge, at our sole discretion, up to the total amount deposited via credit card. Otherwise we will respect your decision concerning your preferred withdrawal method.
Withdrawal request for more than your original deposit through bank draft or wire transfer
TrueMoneyGames will, at our sole discretion, credit either your NETELLER or your bank account for the entire amount of your initial deposit. The balance (profit) will either be transferred to your NETELLER, Moneybookers, ClickandBuy or bank account or it is mailed to you by check.
