I use Windows 95. Can I install the software client?
Unfortunately, we do not support Windows 95 anymore. The earliest version of Windows that we support is Windows 98 Second Edition.
I get the following error message: EAppSockettErr:SSL_get_verify_result(9) or EAppSockettErr:SSL_get_verify_result(10)
This means that your system date is incorrect. The easiest way to correct it is to double-click on your Windows clock which is normally located in the lower right side of your screen.
I use Windows 98. When trying to connect to the server, after the installation has completed, I get the error message "EAppSocketErr: Version != 2.0". What does it mean?
You are not using Windows 98 Second Edition. Please update from Windows 98 to Windows 98 Second Edition.
After starting the installation routine, the program freezes. Why is that?
Close all other running programs. If the installation doesn't continue after this, restart your computer and try again. Should any problems persist, please write an e-mail to our support team at support(at)truemoneygames.com . Try to give us a detailed description of the problems, and tell us what operating system you use and whether there might be any conflicting hardware or software on your computer.
I have a problem with my DNS server. What are the exact IP addresses for your server?
At the moment we use the following addresses:
217.168.164.51 (connect1.truemoneygames.com)
217.168.164.57 (connect2.truemoneygames.com)
I am trying to connect to your server from behind a firewall. Which ports do I need to have open for it to work? Usually a "connection error 12003" indicates a problem in this matter.
Our client software needs the possibility to connect to the IP addresses 217.168.164.51 and 217.168.164.57. It uses the port 1111 and the ports from 3333 throughout 3338. Another solution would be to reset the WLAN router if there is any.
