How do I get started?

Just download our free client software. You can download it wherever you see a Free Download button.  You need to fill a form with an existing e-mail address. Once you sign in, you will receive a validation code that you need to use to confirm your account. Once you input this code you are ready to start! Log in and get ready to play poker and backgammon with the same account.

Can I test the software before joining for real money?

Yes, you can play at the play money tables at no charge, they are completely free. Once you have played for fun and you are ready to play for real money, you can get started going to the CASHIER section and making a deposit.

I never seem to receive the validation code. Why is that?

Either the email address that you have entered is incorrect, or you are SPAM-filtering our emails. Our system automatically sends out the code within a few minutes. If you keep having problems, please try again with an alternative e-mail address.

When I try to validate my email address by entering the validation code the "send" button remains grey (inactive).

Please try to enter the code charcter by character. With "Cut & paste" you may have included an extra blank or something which makes the system not accept your validation code.

I have noticed a spelling mistake in my real name or an incorrect country flag but can't change it myself. What do I need to do?

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please write an e-mail to our support team at support(at)truemoneygames.com . Tell us your user name and please use the same email address you used when you signed up for security reasons.

I would like to have more than one account. Is that allowed?

No. To protect other players we feel that this would not be fair. Therefore, we are checking carefully and we do not allow more than one real money account per player.

I have no free disconnects left, how can get them back?

You can reset your number of free disconnects back to two exactly once every 24 hours. To do so please click on Tools – Reset Free Disconnects…”
