In order to offer the best security to our customer all the communications between our game server and the client software running on the customers computer are encrypted using the SSLv3/TLSv1 standard. This standard is internationally accepted and offers the same quality of encryption that a bank would use. That means that all your data (name, credit card, password, ...) is encrypted in a way that nobody on the Internet can intercept it.

The TrueMoneyGames server computers are located in a very safe environment. The building is protected by bullet proof windows, a double entrance door, video surveillance and 24/7 security guards. Only authorized persons who pass the finger print test are allowed to enter the server room accompanied by a security person. The complete hardware is redundant and we use an extensive backup system for all the data. If for example a hard disk fails, the RAID system will automatically access the mirrored counterpart, that contains exactly the same data at all times.

Additionally there is an independent electricity generator as a backup and an excellent direct Internet connection.
