Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within TrueMoneyGames.  TMG encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. In order for a bonus to be cleared and transferred from a “Pending” state to the player’s account, the players must fulfill the following requirements:

1.  Valid Real Money Player Account. To redeem a bonus you must have a valid real money player account in good standing.  The account registered needs to provide all requested information truthfully and accurately. No account that contains false or misleading information or that is inactive, suspended or closed will be eligible for any bonus.

 

2.  Bonuses are applicable to real money deposits only: Unless specified otherwise, bonuses are granted on qualifying deposits. A qualifying deposit is required in order to make your player account eligible to earn bonuses. There is no minimum deposit amount, other than the minimums already applicable to each payment method. Player-to-Player transfers do not qualify as deposits and therefore are not eligible for bonuses.

 

3.  Have one valid account with an accurate profile:  A player that applies for a bonus and has other account is not eligible for a bonus.  Multiple accounts are not allowed in the overall Terms and Conditions that rule TrueMoneyGames.  In order to qualify for a bonus, the user needs to have its user profile complete and accurate. The company may delay granting (or even denying) any bonus if it comes to the conclusion the user account is in less than good standing. Bonus offers only apply to active accounts.

4. Clearing order per seniority: If not explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses can be cleared one at a time only with the oldest bonus being first. 

5. In order to clear a bonus the user needs to accumulate FPPs (Frequent Player Points). Each bonus and promotion has a respective FPP system that can vary from 50 to 150 FPPs per euro bonus.  Only those FPPs received by engaging in raked real money tables at money/cash game tables or by paying a tournament registration fee count towards a bonus.

6. The company has the right to terminate all bonus offers at all times without advance notice and without the need to provide any reason for this. Furthermore, the company has the right to modify a bonus without further notice. 

7. Normally, bonus amounts are released in certain increments. It is notpossible to cash bonuses in advance. 

8. Whenever and if there is a bonus with no real money deposit requirement, the withdrawal of this bonus is subject to earning 90 FPPs per euro bonus. Furthermore, in accordance with our general cashout policy, a cashout can be requested 10 business days after crediting the instant bonus at the earliest.

9. By creating a real money account the users declare to understand and accept these bonus terms & conditions.
