How can I help to keep my TrueMoneyGames account secure?
First, and of uttermost importance, never ever let others know your password. In order to have a password that is highly secure, make sure you follow these guidelines:
- Let your password consist of both letters and numbers.
- Choose a unique password, not the same you use on other sites.

Why do I need to validate my e-mail address? How to do it?
Because of our high security standards it is important for us to be sure that the account holder and the owner of the e-mail address are the same person. Before you can play for real money at TrueMoneyGames your e-mail address must be validated. In order to do so, go to the menu "Tools > Validate E-Mail Address" and enter your validation code. The code was sent to you when you opened your account and a new code will be send to you every time you change your e-mail address. Why is my credit card being declined and what can I do?
TrueMoneyGames transactions are treated as gambling purchases. Some banks that issue credit cards don't allow gambling transactions. Please try again, double-check your credit card data and change your current address to your credit card billing address. What is the minimum and maximum deposit a player can make?

Are there any restrictions before I can cash out?
TrueMoneyGames restricts the frequency of "profit" cashouts to two per customer per 30-day period. A cashout can be made 10 days after the last deposit.

How long after I made a cashout will I receive my money?
